Toolbar area in the Word can be used to open other applications in Microsoft Office, without going through the Start menu. How easy it:
1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Once open click on the [Tools] [Customize ...] Like:
3. In the Customize dialog box, click the [Toolbars],
4. Then check the box [Microsoft] As:
5. So Microsoft box will appear, like:
6. Click [Close] on the Customize box .. please click on Applications and the Office to be opened ..
